Nigella A Ameliorates Inflammation and Intestinal Flora Imbalance in DSS-Induced Colitis Mice

 

Objective: 

To investigate the effects of Nigella A on inflammation and gut microbiota in mice with colitis induced by DSS.

 

Results: 

Nigella A treatment reduced inflammation and helped restore intestinal flora balance in the mice.

 

Conclusion:

Nigella A shows potential for ameliorating intestinal inflammation and could be a promising therapeutic for inflammatory bowel diseases.
