BB Kids Return Policy

At BB Kids, your well being is at the heart of everything we do. For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage mindful purchasing by clearly outlining the therapeutic benefits of each product in our range to support your conscious choices.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns and offer a refund, replacement, or exchange (at our discretion) in the following cases:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item was received, and

  • You can provide a valid tax invoice or proof of purchase.

If you believe your item meets these criteria, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@balanced-beings.com.au with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly to assist you.

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your item.

  • Please do not send any items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@balanced-beings.com.au.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is not deemed damaged or faulty.
