SECTION 6 – PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Cash, Bank Transfer (Osko), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Zip Pay/Money, and Afterpay.

• Afterpay: Available for online product purchases only (not for services).
• Surcharges: Payments via credit/debit cards or Zip may incur a processing surcharge.
• Refunds: Products and services are non-refundable unless a product is deemed faulty.

Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe Payments Pty Ltd, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Stripe holds PCI Level 1 Service Provider certification.

Zip Money Disclaimer: Credit is subject to approval and credit checks. Interest and fees may apply. Please refer to Zip’s official terms and conditions for full details. Credit is issued by ZipMoney Payments Pty Ltd (ABN 58 164 440 993, Australian Credit Licence 441878).

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY

We ship via Australia Post. Once dispatched, BB Kids is not responsible for any issues, including delayed, lost, or damaged parcels.

Optional parcel insurance or express shipping may be requested for an additional fee.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCTS POLICY

Before purchasing, you agree that:

Upon ordering, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not confirm acceptance of your order. The contract is finalized only upon confirmation of dispatch.

• Winners are chosen randomly or, in some cases, by awarding a prize to the first person to respond to our call to action.
