To investigate the ability of Spirulina platensis to remove heavy metals from wastewater and its development under heavy metal exposure.

 

Results: 

The study found that Spirulina effectively absorbs heavy metals, especially in wastewater, showing a reduction in metal concentration within 24 hours.

 

Conclusion:

Spirulina platensis shows promise as a bioremediation agent, with potential applications in reducing metal pollutants in wastewater.
