BB Kids Eliminate Anti-bacterial Kids Soup

This warm, comforting soup contains natural antiparasitic and antibacterial ingredients while being gentle on the digestive system.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (antibacterial and antiparasitic)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (supports detoxification)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (strong antibacterial properties)
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated (soothes digestion)
  • 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory and antiparasitic)
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 pumpkin, chopped 
  • 1⁄2 zucchini, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable or bone broth (gut-healing and immune-supporting)
  • 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa (provides fiber and protein)
  • 1⁄4 tsp sea salt (supports electrolyte balance)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (supports detoxification)


Instructions:

  • In a pot, heat coconut oil and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add turmeric, carrots, zucchini, and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes until
    vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in cooked quinoa and season with salt.
  • Serve warm with fresh parsley.
