
BB Kids Repair Baked Oats
These baked oats are full of prebiotics which feed good bacteria levels!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml of almond milk or water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a ramekin or oven-safe pan with cooking spray.
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth and well-blended, about 1minute.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin or pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester inserted in the centre comes out with just a couple crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
