Frozen Yoghurt Bark
An easy, healthy, child friendly snack that is perfect for summer.
This frozen yoghurt bark is refreshing, nutrient dense and the perfect way to sneak extra gut supporting nutrients into their day... especially when you mix in BB Kids Repair.
This recipe combines probiotics from yoghurt, antioxidants from berries, prebiotic fibre from chia seeds and protein and healthy fats from hemp seeds. It’s simple, customisable and freezer friendly — ideal for after school snacks or warm summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups full fat Greek yogurt (or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free option)
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey or organic maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed organic berries (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tbsp pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds
- Optional: granola, hemp seeds or crushed freeze dried fruit

Method
- In a bowl or directly onto a pan mix the Greek yoghurt with honey or maple syrup.
- If you are adding in BB Kids Repair add it in at this stage.
Find the correct amount of BB Kids Repair for your child HERE - Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over a lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle the berries, chia seeds and seeds over the top (add granola or hemp seeds if using).
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until fully solid.
- Once frozen, break into chunky pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy!
