No Bake Chocolate Chia Pudding
A simple and child friendly way to sneak some extra gut support into their day. This no bake chocolate chia pudding is a set and forget snack that my son genuinely loves.
It tastes like a chocolate dessert but is actually packed with fibre, antioxidants, hydration and gut support, and it’s an easy recipe to mix BB Kids Repair into without any flavour battles.
Made with chocolate coconut water, chia seeds and cacao, it thickens overnight into a pudding-like texture that helps mask supplement taste, making consistency much easier for kids!
Why this snack works so well for kids
Chia seeds = Fibre + gut support
Chia seeds are rich in soluble fibre, which supports digestion and feeds beneficial gut bacteria. When soaked, they form a gel-like texture that’s gentle on little tummies.
Cacao = Antioxidants
Cacao provides antioxidants that support cellular health while giving that familiar chocolate flavour kids love.
Chocolate coconut water = Hydration + minerals
A light, dairy free base that supports hydration and makes this snack feel refreshing rather than heavy.
BB Kids Repair = Functional gut support
Blended directly into the pudding so kids get their prescribed dose without even noticing.
